1. Il presente codice etico è vincolante per tutti coloro che propongono, valutano e accettano prodotti scientifici per la pubblicazione
2. Chi propone un testo garantisce che:
a. l'autore o gli autori dichiarati corrispondano agli autori effettivi del testo.
b. quanto contenuto nel testo è frutto della riflessione degli autori dichiarati e che ogni contributo da studi di altri autori è riconosciuto tramite citazione.
c. i testi proposti sono originali e inediti.
d. l'autore o gli autori dichiarati si assumono piena responsabilità relativamente a quanto scritto nel testo.
3. Se un testo non rispetta quanto sopra, verrà espunto dalla rivista.
4. I membri del comitato scientifico e i revisori si impegnano a operare in maniera trasparente ai fini della progressione della riflessione scientifica.
5. Il direttore della rivista è responsabile della decisione di pubblicare o meno gli articoli proposti. Il direttore può far riferimento al comitato scientifico della rivista ed è vincolato ai requisiti delle leggi vigenti in materia di diffamazione, violazione del copyright e plagio.
6. Il direttore valuta gli articoli proposti per la pubblicazione in base al loro contenuto senza discriminazioni di genere, orientamento sessuale, religione, origine etnica, cittadinanza, orientamento politico degli autori.
7. Materiali inediti contenuti in un manoscritto inviato non devono essere utilizzati nella ricerca di un direttore o di un membro della redazione.
8. La pratica del peer-review aiuta il direttore a prendere decisioni editoriali e attraverso la comunicazione con l'autore può aiutare quest'ultimo a migliorare il suo testo. Ogni testo assegnato in lettura deve essere considerato riservato.
9. I revisori sono tenuti a motivare adeguatamente i propri giudizi e si impegnano a indicare con precisione gli estremi bibliografici di opere fondamentali eventualmente trascurate dall'autore.
1. This Code of Ethics is binding on all those who propose and evaluate scientific products accepted for publication.
2. Proponents of a text ensures that:
a. the author or authors declared correspond to the actual authors of the text.
b. the text is the result of study of the authors declared and any contribution from other authors is recognized by quotation.
c. the proposed texts are original and unpublished
d. the author or authors assume full responsibility in relation to what is written in the text.
3. If a text does not comply with the above, will be expunged from the journal.
4. The members of the editorial board and the referees undertake to operate in a transparent manner for the purposes of progression of scientific thought.
5. The editor of the journal is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The editor may refer to the editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
6. The editor at any time evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
7. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research.
8. Peer-review assists the editor in making editorial decisions and through the editorial communications with the author may assist the author in improving the paper. Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.
9. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments. They should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
