Il lavoro intende indagare la struttura e il processo di adattamento di alcuni riferimenti scritturali del Nuovo Testamento nella Vita di Feodosij Pečerskij. Nel vasto repertorio scritturale i loci scelti per l’analisi si addensano attorno a pochi dei numerosi nuclei tematici, capisaldi della vita spirituale del monaco. Tra le forme di citazione e rimando, si sono considerate in particolare alcune similitudini e analogie dove, oltre alle persistenti connessioni semantiche e linguistiche con il testo di partenza, si è guardato al fruitore e ai possibili intenti dell’autore nel processo di costruzione dell’exemplum.

 

 

 

The present work investigates the structure and the process of adaptation of some scriptural references from the New Testament in the Life of Feodosij Pečerskij. In the vast scriptural repertoire the loci chosen for the analysis gather around a few of the numerous themes, milestones of the monk’s spiritual life. Among the forms of citations and references, moreover, some similitudes and analogies were considered, in which, in addition to the persistent semantic and linguistic connections with the source text, we looked at the user and the possible intentions of the author in the process of building the exemplum.
